Manchester, now Rochdale.

Proudly serving Manchester since 1979.

Diners at the kilim-pattern booths in the Rochdale dining room

For over four decades Topkapi Palace has been part of Manchester’s dining life. It began in 1979 with a simple idea: good Turkish food, made with care and shared in good company.

Now there is a second house, on Bury Road in Rochdale. The recipes, the meze and the charcoal grill are the same, and so is the welcome.

Order a spread of meze for the table, then lamb, chicken and kofte straight from the coals. Leave room for baklava and a Turkish coffee.

Topkapi Palace. A Manchester tradition since 1979.
